Shipping policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Delivery is included in the price
Every price on this store includes delivery to your door anywhere in South Africa. There is no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order value.
2. Where we deliver
We deliver within South Africa only. We don't currently ship internationally.
We deliver to street addresses, homes and businesses. We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, because our couriers need a physical address and a signature.
We are an online store only, based in Centurion, Gauteng. We don't offer collection or walk-in visits.
3. Dispatch and delivery times
Dispatch: we dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of your payment being confirmed. Card payments are confirmed immediately. EFT payments are confirmed once they reflect in our bank account; payments from other banks usually take 1–2 working days to clear, so allow for this when planning.
Estimated courier transit time, from dispatch:
| Destination | Typical transit time |
|---|---|
| Main centres — Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein, East London | 2–4 working days |
| Outlying and regional areas | 5–7 working days |
These transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, delivery depends on the courier's network, and delays can happen — particularly over public holidays, during peak periods, or in bad weather. The times above are what we typically see and what you can reasonably expect.
"Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we'll let you know.
4. Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and a second email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to follow your parcel directly with the courier.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 working days of your payment being confirmed, check your spam folder and then message us on WhatsApp at +27 64 502 8725.
5. Getting your address right
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. Couriers phone ahead, so a wrong or unreachable number is the most common reason a delivery fails.
If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll correct it. If it has already left, we'll try to redirect it and let you know before any extra courier cost is incurred. See our Cancellation Policy for parcels that can't be delivered.
6. Delivery attempts
Couriers make reasonable attempts to deliver and will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Someone needs to be available to receive and sign for the parcel. We can't instruct couriers to leave parcels unattended.
7. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Until then the goods travel at our risk: if a parcel is lost or damaged on its way to you, that's ours to resolve.
8. Damaged or missing on arrival
Please inspect your parcel on delivery and, if the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the courier's delivery record before signing. Report any damage, shortage or missing part within 3 working days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and contents, and we'll replace the item or refund you. Reporting later doesn't remove your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, but prompt reporting makes a courier claim far easier.
9. If your delivery is delayed
Because the transit times above are estimates, not agreed delivery dates, section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 requires us to deliver within a reasonable time.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated window, contact us. We'll follow it up with the courier and keep you updated. If the delay becomes unreasonable, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
